For professionals and teams

Your expertise, certified.

Prospective, cryptographic proof of human authorship — captured while the document is written, not classified afterward. In a world where AI can produce anything, a verifiable record of your writing process is the professional differentiator that puts every deliverable above suspicion.

Who it's for

Built for professionals who stake their reputation on their work.

Every field where clients, funders, or regulators are starting to ask: did a human actually write this?

Law & Legal Services

Sign briefs, opinions, and contracts with cryptographic proof they were attorney-drafted. Give clients the certainty they're asking for.

Consulting & Strategy

Deliver client reports with a verifiable audit trail of human analysis. Your strategic thinking, certified on every deliverable.

Journalism & Publishing

Editors and publishers can verify the writing process behind every article before publication. The byline means something again.

Grant Writing

Submit proposals with proof of original human authorship — increasingly required by funders who have added AI disclosure requirements.

Research & Analysis

Sign research notes and reports to distinguish human insight from AI output. The certificate shows what you contributed and when.

Financial Services

Compliance-ready documentation that human judgment produced the work product. Audit-ready from the moment you save.

The professional case

Your clients are starting to ask.

Law firm clients are adding "no AI" clauses to engagement letters. Consulting clients want to know their strategy wasn't generated. Publishers are establishing human-authorship policies. Grant funders are adding AI disclosure requirements.

This isn't hypothetical — it's happening now. Solus is the infrastructure for professional human-authorship certification.

How it works

From writing to verified deliverable.

Three steps. No new workflow. Clients verify without an account.

1

Team members write in Solus

Every document is cryptographically signed to that individual — their key, their keystrokes, their timestamp. The signing happens invisibly in the background while they write normally.

2

Work submitted to team workspace

Manager or team lead sees who authored what, when, and can review the full provenance breakdown for every deliverable before it goes to the client.

3

Anyone can verify

Clients, partners, and auditors drag the .solus file to verify.soluseditor.com. The full 29-check verification runs in seconds — 19 on Axis A (Provenance Integrity, cryptographic) and 10 on Axis B (Human-Origin Support, behavioral). Any of five deterministic verdicts appears in-browser: Verified Human™, Partial, Unsupported, Enrolling, or Tampered. No account needed. Nothing uploaded.

Manager visibility

Know exactly who wrote what.

Your team dashboard shows every deliverable, who authored it, when, and the full provenance breakdown. Client-ready verification reports in one click.

When a client asks for proof, you don't have to explain — you share a file. They drag it to the verifier. Done.

Security & compliance

Built for the security review, not around it.

Every architectural decision below was made before the sales page was written. What you deploy is what you can defend to your CISO.

Encryption model

Document content AES-256-GCM encrypted, wrapped for each recipient with RSA-OAEP-3072. Signing key ECDSA-P256 held only on the writer's device. Solus servers store ciphertext plus decoupled metadata — never plaintext, never decryption keys.

Local verification

The public verifier runs entirely in the reviewer's browser via the Web Crypto API and JSZip. Files never upload. You can disconnect from the internet before verifying and it still works — that's the falsifiable claim.

Compliance posture

SOC 2 Type II in progress. GDPR-ready today. FERPA-ready for education deployments. DPA available on request. Data residency: US-East by default; EU + on-prem options for institutional plans.

Identity attestation (supervised tier)

Self-serve enrollment binds the writing key to an account. Supervised enrollment binds it to a rostered person on your institution — the stronger identity claim that closes the ghostwriter attack. Available at institutional pricing.

Threat model — what we defend

Post-submission tampering (crypto signature), pasted AI text (paste policy tiers), typing from phone or second screen (anti-transcription composite), auto-typer / macro injection (programmatic-input guard), storage compromise (server-side ciphertext only), stolen account (baseline-mismatch verdict).

Threat model — what we don't

Coerced writing at the keyboard. A determined ghostwriter typing every doc since day one (supervised tier mitigates). Physical shoulder-surfing. We don't over-claim.

For your review team: security.html covers architecture depth · privacy.html covers policy · ferpa.html covers education-specific controls · DPA and RFP kit available — ask sales.
